Posted: 01 Feb 2021 07:01 AM PST It's not easy being single — and former 90 Day Fiancé stars are learning that firsthand. The new Discovery+ spinoff 90 Day: The Single Life follows former 90 Day stars Colt Johnson, Molly Hopkins, Big Ed Brown, Fernanda Flores, Danielle Mullins and Brittany Banks as they embark on a new life. While each one of their journeys is very different, they all have something in common: they were hurt by their exes, as documented in Us Weekly's exclusive first trailer. Colt Johnson, who first appeared on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé with his now ex-wife Larissa Dos Santos Lima, has gone through many ups downs in his dating life and was able to learn from the experience. "I've been married and divorced and going through another relationship really opened my eyes. I think what I want going forward is just the smaller things," Colt, whose divorce from Larissa, 34, was finalized in May 2019, told Us exclusively while promoting The Single Life. "I think I just want communication, foundation, a good friendship. I think it would be a great start and these are things I never really had in my relationships prior." The Las Vegas native, 36, noted that he's "dating domestic" following his divorce. "I've given up on foreign girls. This is the first time I'm dating locally in Las Vegas. So I'm very excited [about] just finding people I have more things in common with," Johnson said. "I just want to get to know people. I spent a lot of time online dating [and] long-distance dating. So for me, I'm going about it a little differently." Big Ed, 55, has also gone about things differently following his split from Rosemarie "Rose" Vega, whom he met during season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. "I hired a dating coach, which I got a lot of insight in who I am because one thing I revealed to her was who I wanted in a partner — you know, I wanted this, I wanted this and they don't have to love me," he told Us exclusively. "And she's like, 'Well, wait a minute. Why not? Like, why don't you think you deserve love?' So, for me, it was therapeutic. The show was really therapeutic." Limited New Construction Will Compress Single-Tenant Retail Cap Rates in 2021 - GlobeSt.com Posted: 01 Feb 2021 06:04 PM PST In 2020, single-tenant net lease retail cap rates compressed to record levels, and the trend is likely to continue this year. Limited new construction and demand for single-tenant properties, like quick-service restaurants, drive-thrus and grocery stores, will put downward pressure on cap rates this year. |
Posted: 01 Feb 2021 05:11 PM PST TAMPA — The Kansas City Chiefs have the star power in Super Bowl LV, but it's the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who have the better overall roster. That's the conclusion that can be made after I ranked the 44 starters for the Chiefs and Bucs as they ready to meet in Sunday's Super Bowl. The Chiefs have four of the top five players in the game, with the only player to break through for the Bucs being quarterback Tom Brady, who is third on my list. The rest of the top five has Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes at the top, with tight end Travis Kelce (second), defensive tackle Chris Jones (fourth) and receiver Tyreek Hill (fifth) rounding it out. After that, it turns a bit. Tampa Bay does have five total players in the in the top 10, but they also have 13 of the top 20 overall players in the game. The Chiefs also have 10 of the bottom 15 players in the game. Super Bowl LV is almost here, and you can watch it for free on the CBS Sports App. The 44 players ranked are based on who I expect to play this week, depending on injuries. That could change, but, for now, it's the guys I think will be available. So what do the rankings mean? If it's a show for the stars, which sometimes these games can be, the Chiefs will win it. But if it's a grind-it-out, depth-matters game, look for the Bucs to potentially pull off the upset. I tend to go with stars, which is why I am picking the Chiefs. But a look at my rankings does give me pause for just a bit. Ranking Super Bowl starters |
