After months and months of rumors, it's official: The Real host Jeannie Mai is dating rapper Jeezy. The couple tacitly confirmed their relationship last week when Mai accompanied Jeezy to his inaugural SnoBall Gala in Atlanta, an event held to raise money for Jeezy's local non-profit Street Dreamz. According to People, Mai and Jeezy "walked into the event arm-in-arm and were all smiles through the night." Romance rumors have been swirling around the pair since at least January, when they appeared together in a photo on actress Malika Haqq's Instagram. Mai later admitted during an episode of The Real that she and Jeezy had become close. "Jeezy and I hang out," she said at the time. "He's very special to me, so we don't really have a label to define what it is we're doing. We're just having a good time together." Mm-hmmm! Mai divorced her ex-husband Freddy Harteis last year, and has since revealed that she identifies as a sapiosexual. "A sapiosexual is someone who gets aroused by intelligence and stimulating conversation," she explained on The Real back in July. " "Some people are really, really attracted to looks first, or money, or things like that. No, it's all about conversation. So, pillow talk can really make it for me." Jeezy certainly seems like a thoughtful kind of guy, so this all adds up! In the meantime, we'll be waiting for more from Mai when The Real returns this September. | Name, age, and Local 19: Why Philly men list their unions on Tinder - The Philadelphia Inquirer Posted: 22 Aug 2019 12:00 AM PDT ![]() Your local is built into your identity, said Ed Harkins, political director for the Boilermakers Local 13, who also, he made clear, has never been on Tinder. Members wear their membership on their sleeve, literally: on their T-shirts, in their email addresses, as their Facebook cover photos. It's like a family, and often, it is their family: Harkins is a third-generation union worker, Mathis' three sons are in Local 401. As Tony Wigglesworth, who runs a labor management organization, put it, "It just pervades their entire life." |
